Bridget and Richard created Orchard Lodge in 2007 in the original orchard of Mount Pleasant Farm.
They came to live here in 1996 and along with several sets of chickens, cats and Liza dog they have raised their family, and enjoyed the challenge of the two acres of old farmhouse gardens and orchard as well as become actively involved in village life. The landscape in Acaster Malbis is a beautiful combination of woods, trees wiyhin a riverside village in the rural Vale of York, which we enjoy all year round and are sure that you will too.
